Summer Weights

These will be held Monday - Thursday at the following times
6 AM: HS boys
7 AM: HS girls
8 AM: JH boys and girls
You must attend 85% of all sessions to earn the Iron Dragon
Start Date: Tue, May 29th (this week only weights are Tue - Fri due to Memorial Day)
Please check the summer calendar OR with your coaches to know changes to summer weights or makeup sessions available.
