insurance

Student laptops purchased prior to the 23-24 school year came with a ONE YEAR warranty, meaning that all repairs in the 24-25 school year and beyond will be out of warranty. What does this mean for you as students and parents?

  • There will be a $75 minimum fee to send in the laptops, outside of the repair cost

  • Repair on devices that are not under the school insurance policy will come at full price to families

The school has student/family insurance available to all families, K-12. While only the 7th - 12th graders will take their laptops home in the first semester, families are encouraged to pursue coverage at all grade levels, as there have been accidents in the classroom where laptops have fallen off of a desk or had water spilled on them. Sixth graders will have the option to take laptops home in the second semester if there are minimal concerns during the first semester. Elementary students do NOT take their laptops home.

Students will sign up for insurance coverage on the night of the Open House (August 14th), but we wanted to share this information early.
