Many of our seniors took advantage of early college enrollment and have already earned scholarships because of it! Adley Hiatt has been accepted into the John Deere Program at Milford (tools paid for AND a guaranteed job!) and Bryn Kniep has earned the Regents Scholarship at UNL!



The JHVB Tourn't on Mon., Oct. 10th (bracket states 10/11, but it is 10/10) at Sandy Creek will begin at 4 PM with the "B" team in elem'y gym & the "A" team at 4:45 PM in the HS gym. Third place matches for both "A" and "B" will be at 5:30 PM; championship matches at 6:15 PM.

From a neon-dressed student section that cheered on the football team to a win to having close to 50 kids attending our FCA Fifth Quarter event, it was a great day to be a Dragon! Thank you, Pastor Ethan Feistner, for speaking to the youth at our first 5th Quarter event!

SCC and Jefferson County Hospital hosted a healthcare day that our CNA students attended with Nurse Hailey. From blood pressure to drawing blood, taking vitals and blood pressure and more, the group got lots of hand on practice — including sewing a banana back together!



Way to go at today’s TVC Meet, cross country runners! Dean received 10th, Dallyn 6th, Daphne 5th, Teagan 2nd, and Chloe 6th. Great job!
The VB team fell in three to Shelton on the road, and the FB team hosts Silver Lake tomorrow (Fri) at 3 pm. There is no JV VB on Saturday!


DPS appreciates our Deshler Fire Department and all the work they do for our community. Thanks to Steve for taking some time out of his schedule to show a couple of our students some of the apparatuses that are used. This career shadowing experience will help our students reach their future goals!
