DPS will have a 10 AM start on Wed, Jan 10th. There will be no morning preschool held or breakfast served. Lunch times will begin at 11/11:30/11:51/12:30 for the 4 lunch periods.

MAPS TESTING: This will be concluded this week & students are reminded that MAPS scores are used for class placement, including the ability to take dual credit classes. Please do your best & get a night of rest before - as well as a good breakfast!

The Dragons came up short against the Titans tonight in basketball at home, but the alumni band night was a huge success!
Our wrestlers also fared well -- finishing first (Carlee Hinz), second (Gracelyn Martin) and third (Holden McDonald) at their meet in Franklin.

Before Christmas break, the morning preschool class visited the Senior Center and worked on puzzles with them. When doing puzzles they can help children to develop memory skills, as well as an ability to plan, test ideas and solve problems. Puzzles can also help develop hand-eye coordination, develop finger and hand muscles, learn to reason and deal with frustration and learn to persevere and be patient.
