Our 6th graders have been enjoying the "Health Rocks: Inspired to Be Substance Free" program this year. Today we had Seniors, Gavin and Bryn and Juniors, Allie and Cameron speak to the students about staying drug, alcohol and tobacco free. Deshler is proud to have great role models for our elementary!
The 2nd graders went on a hunt around the elementary to find review math problems hidden in eggs!
She did it AGAIN! Congrats to Mallory Kleen, recipient of the Deshler Chamber Scholarship.
The conversation surrounding this was about how the local scholarships mean the most -- the area you grew up in chose to support YOU, Mallory!
